We bring direction to delivery

Cornice aligns technical expertise, regulatory requirements, people, and field execution so complex environmental work moves forward with clarity, confidence, and control.

When environmental delivery loses coordination

Complex projects rarely lack expertise. Problems develop when responsibilities are fragmented, decisions are made without full project context, specialist inputs are not integrated, or environmental requirements become disconnected from design and field execution.

Cornice provides the senior environmental Project Control needed to establish clear roles, decision pathways, technical oversight, and coordination across delivery.

The result is earlier issue identification, better-supported decisions, and environmental requirements that remain aligned with project objectives.

Cornice works across the interfaces between technical requirements, regulatory pathways,
project decisions, specialist teams, and field execution.

One Delivery Model. Three Areas of Support.

Project
Control

Bring structure, accountability, and senior leadership to complex environmental delivery.

We align teams, responsibilities, communication, decisions, and next steps so projects move from reaction back to control.

Technical &
Regulatory Support

Translate environmental requirements and technical evidence into practical, defensible project pathways.

We provide senior technical guidance, regulatory strategy, specialist integration, review, and oversight where experience is a required attribute.

Training & Capability
Building

Strengthen the people, systems, and judgment behind successful delivery.

We develop practical capability through applied training, mentorship, tools, and support grounded in real environmental work.

Our Roots are Technical.
Our Role is Integrated.

Cornice brings decades of experience in fisheries, aquatic systems, wildlife, vegetation, and habitat into the larger project context, connecting ecological requirements with regulatory strategy, project decisions, specialist teams, and field execution.

Our technical foundation gives us the depth to understand the work. Our integrated approach allows us to coordinate it within the full reality of the project.
